1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Certain items such as clearance or final-sale items may not be eligible for return.

To start a return, contact us at support@powoxi.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@powoxi.com. Include:

A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will offer a free replacement, exchange, or full refund depending on the situation.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

We’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. For exchanges, please contact support@powoxi.com.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Items marked as final sale
Personalized or custom-made products
Used or damaged products due to misuse

6. Shipping Returns

To return a product, we’ll provide you with the return address once your return request is approved. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure delivery.
